The short version: we collect one thing — the email you choose to give us — and we will never sell it.
FLOV is a personal-finance product being built in Texas, currently pre-launch. This site (flovr.app) exists to tell you about FLOV and let you join the waitlist. It is operated by the founder of FLOV ("we," "us").
Your email address, only if you type it in and press "Stay close." That's the only personal information this site asks for. We also note the page it came from so we know the signup worked.
Basic technical logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use them to profile you.
No advertising trackers. No analytics pixels. No cookies set by us. No selling, renting, or trading your information — ever. No financial data of any kind is collected on this site; FLOV isn't open yet, and this site never asks to connect to your accounts.
To tell you when FLOV opens, and to send occasional, infrequent updates about FLOV. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is honored immediately.
Waitlist emails are delivered to and stored by our email service provider on our behalf, protected by their security controls in addition to ours. We keep the list only as long as it's needed for the launch communications described above.
Wherever you live, we extend the same rights: ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted entirely. Email us and it's done — no forms, no friction. If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these are your legal rights as well; we honor them for everyone.
This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child gave us an email, contact us and we'll delete it.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted plainly — no silent edits.
